Happy holidays from Lily Koto Studios! I have some exciting news for you. I JUST updated www.lilykoto.com with over 50 new works from the past year, paintings from Germany and Dominican Republic are now up and more. All available works are marked as “available” in each title. Please consider buying a unique piece of fine art from me this holiday season as you complete your shopping (and help me survive London rent costs in 2016 when I relocate there). From now through to Dec. 31st, select available work will be on sale. Free gift wrapping and free shipping on all works over $1000. I now accept PayPal too, so email me with inquiries.
My painting “I Swear I Have Seen This Before..” is on display at Pleiades Gallery in Chelsea this month as part of a group show organized by Tokyo-based curator Reno Oka. Located at: 530 W 25th St, Fl 4th, New York, New York. (through Dec. 26th.)
In March 2016 (opening date TBA), I will participate in a group show at Mark Miller Gallery in the Lower East Side of NYC, located at:
92 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002
Finally, Lily Koto Studios is moving to London at the beginning of 2016. Be on the lookout for new work, designs, and show updates from the U.K. in 2016.
Happy Holidays!! XOXO, Lily
Curator Luca Curci interviews me about my art film Pelo Amor de Deus I exhibited in Venice, Italy earlier this year! Thanks Luca Curci 🙂
Hi friends! My Kickstarter campaign for my upcoming artist residency in La Romana, DR has 6 days remaining! Thanks for the support, pledge if you can! Great way to get a piece for a good price and help support my teaching career at the same time. 🙂

Pleased to be showing with a group of very talented international artists and friends: Klaus Katsu Jan Pötter Weronika Skonieczna Kihyun Park Marco Ugolini Florian Rosier Florian Rosier from Leipzig, Germany, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Sao Paulo, Brazil, Wroclaw, Poland & Seoul, Korea. Wish I could be there.
My Mum and brother Eli came to support me, which really meant a lot. We had an amazing evening, and I want to thank everyone at the museum for being so kind and encouraging to me. Means a lot.
It was a huge honor to have two works selected to be included in this evenings incredible art event, the TriBeca Ball!! The event is always an outstanding fundraiser for my alma mata: The New York Academy of Art. As an alumni, I am honored to be participating, and although I am VERY nervous to go to a red carpet art event ALONE with actual art stars and celebrities surrounding me, I will go proudly and hope I do not fall on my butt while attempting to walk in heels (not my forte).
The work below titled “I Just Woke Up” was selected to hang, and in addition I have a smaller painting in the coinciding alumni pop-up show. See everyone tonight!
